Q.

#AskTheExpert I am often getting tensed and irritated and aggressive too with our family member for small things as well. How to avoid such things and will it affect my baby health. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant, please advice

A. you need to start doing meditation and have regular daily walking as during pregnancy if you stay at home for a long time it creates irritation and try to spend time with your friends or keep yourself busy in some work

A. hi it is result of hormonal fluctuation you must practice meditation daily which is beneficial for your self and for your unborn child too take Healthy and nutritious diet take enough sleep take Apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
