#AskTheExpert I am mother to 7 month old baby girl.I want to ask till how much time breast milk should be continued I m having low breast milk supply and giving her both breast milk and formula milk. Should i discontinue breast milk or take lactation supplement to continue further.Please guide.If you suggest to discontinue breast milk,Then how to do it?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Try as much to continue to breastfeed as much as you can. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
