#AskTheExpert I am mother of 3.5month old baby ,had c sec . I am having pain in stomach ,some sort of strech from stiches while feeding and at times while standing for long , I get pain in stomach above stiches on either sideleft or right but gets better if I rest. pls suggest

kindly visit your gynecologist for once.
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
avoid drinking RO water .
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting.
take two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
maintain good hygiene.
