#asktheexpert I am mother of 18month old baby. I am planning to wean my baby from breast milk. What are all the precautions to be taken. For myself. How to stop milk led down. Any home remedies work?

The best way to quit breastfeeding is to introduce a complimentary feeding to the child so do that and with that slowly you will be able to quit under your breastfeeding and this way you will not feel any problem and it will be easier for you to take the transition and so for the child
