#AskTheExpert I am mother of 12 days old kid ..I am experiencing lot of itching in back and on stomach. I m having milk 3 times n lukewarm water whole day and dill seeds water in morning and one kamarkas ladoo in morning.is it due to the garam chizein that I m having? and I am following all things but still I don't hv enough breast milk.i hv to feed baby by aptamill formula. I'm pumping milk. getting around 50 ml in whole day by pumping. pumping in every 4 hours . getting total 50 ml only by combining all pumping session...I m worried, will I ever produce enough breast milk???
