#asktheexpert i am mom of 7 month baby, my tsh came 130 ... i have hypothyroidism around 6-7 years, first time it came 130. please suggest medicine strength and other precautions.

A. hi it needs proper medication,so please take necessary follow ups from your treating doctor. along with that, please prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits more avoid taking junk food do yogasan like matsyasana, bhujangasana etc which too help to cure this
