#AskTheExpert I am iny 9th month ...please suggest something for normal delivery....what should I add in my daily routine...

A. Good snacks to have during labour They will help you have the strength to get through your contractions. Some examples include a banana (kela), dried fruit and nuts, potatoes (aloo) or a boiled egg. Whether you eat or not, you should stay hydrated. You can take a bottle of your preferred drink with you to the hospital.
