AskTheExpert i am in 5 1/2 months pregnant...my wait is 68 kg only ..and my hb is only 9points..dr.said ur wait is very less and hb also ...now to increase my hb and my wait ....is it my wait okay or not

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. The HB level is very low and you need to increase your iron intake. In the diet include more of roots and green leafy vegetables and also take your iron supplement regularly
