A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary .
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Take almonds and cucumbers
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
