#asktheexpert I am having COVID symptoms. What precautions do I need to take while feeding my four months old baby? And also can I have ivermectin, azithromycin, and zinc tablets?

A. You should first of all start taking dolo 650 mg twice a day and keep in touch with your doctor as your medicines will be started by the doctor after knowing about your symptoms and start steaming twice a day saline water gargles with turmeric twice a day if excessive throat pain then with betadine solution and air Ayush kadha and take tulsi leaves and maintain isolation and wash your hands before handling the baby and cover your mouth and nose with two basis one surgical and one cloth mask and washing of hands after every two hours and stay in well ventilated room and drink plenty of liquids

A. U Are breastfeeding a child so do not take any medicine without consulting your Gynaecologist or your doctor apart from that if you have to feed your child a better cover your face properly with double mask or a heavy mask sanitise your hands well before you feed the child so just maintain proper sanitisation whenever you are touching or feeding the child
