#AskTheExpert I am geeti g periods 2 weeks once after my delivery. Please share your thoughts on reason behind this and solution for the same

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Sometimes it happens as after delivery there are hormonal changes going on and you must take good rest and take your calcium and iron supplements and eat a healthy diet and if the flow is heavy then talk to your gynaecologist
