Q.

I am having depression,anxiety,less taste for food and less sleep after one week of delivery. Kindly share thoughts on that.

A. hi yes to feel stressed , anxiety etc are common after delivery. but as you are not feeling taste ,I advise to visit your doctor for once. have Healthy and nutritious diet. keep your self well hydrated. take adequate sleep. spend quality time with your family. practice mediation daily. or cultivate hobbies like reading books, listening music etc
