#asktheexpert i am breastfeeding mom my baby is 1month + and my nipples are sore and cracked . tried everything but not healing . larch is also proper. taken antibiotics also . what should I do it's very painful

you can use mama Earth nipples soothing cream or Himalaya nipples soothing cream
keep well moisturized
it is common as you are lactating mother
