#AskTheExpert I am a thyroid patient and feel very lethargic even though medicine help to maintain my TSH. I am also overwight by 7kgs as per bmi calculator. what special things in my diet should I take .

A. avoid spicy and oily food. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. Have Sunbath every morning for half an hour. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly
