#AskTheExpert i am a mother of a 18months baby boy I have a huge hairfall since last one year specially near my forehead area could you please advise the diet chart and advise the best shampoo to avoid hairfall

Have good amount of proteins into your diet and focus on a balance that way you should have everything healthy secondly postpartum hair fall can start any time so this looks like the same so when it comes to using shampoo or to control hair fall there is a brand called Pilgrims the products associated with this brand are very good for your hair fall issue so you can try that
