Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Try as much to breastfeed your baby. If required take the help of a lactation expert. Follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby.
