#asktheexpert .I am 9months pregnant. all my ultrasound report are good even baby weight is also good.. my delivery date is due on January 10 to 16.. what should I follow now ?

A. hi first of all stay stress free stay active. take healthy homemade diet keep your self well hydrated. be prepared with the essential things for hospitalization like documents ,baby care things etc
