#AskTheExpert I am 9 month old mom.. since last one month i had slight dizzyness maximum time.. my doctor gave cimune tablet and water intake more.. when i my doc check upmy bp was 150/80 on digital . during my pregnancy no bp.. my breast milk got stopped and got periods.. more water intake but still dizzyness won't go..pls help mam

follow your gynecologist advice exercise well and follow healthy diet routine consume lot of pages fresh fruits and take protein rich food..
keep yourself hydrated
