#asktheexpert ..I am 8months pregnant now.. my delivery date is on January (10 to 17)..what precautions or advises need to be follow ?? winter season has been started.. how will I take care of myself??

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy9 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please try to walk for atleast 30 minutes daily. Also take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Please keep yourself warm and use woollen clothes for yourself. Please take turmeric milk daily and avoid oily and maida and outside food items.
