#AskTheExpert i am 8 month breastfeeding mother, I have severe hairfall and i have thin hair and i have severe hairfall in front side of head,if I pull hair , hair will come in my hand, not strong plz tell me solution doc

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You should start using a hair pack made with shikakai and amla and curd keep it fir an hour and then wash with mild shampoo and have nuts and eat protein rich foods avoid stress

please give daily sun light exposure
please use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair
