#AskTheExpert i am 8 month breastfeeding mother, I have severe hairfall and i have thin hair and i have severe hairfall in front side of head,if I pull hair , hair will come in my hand, not strong plz tell me solution doc

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You should start using a hair pack made with shikakai and amla and curd keep it fir an hour and then wash with mild shampoo and have nuts and eat protein rich foods avoid stress
