have small and frequent meals
increase fruits, vegetables oats, daliya, sprouts, low fat milk or paneer or curd, beans and dal, soya, eggs, lean meat and fishes in the diet
have jeera and saunf water on empty stomach in the morning
reduce the intake of bread and bakery products, chips, sugar and sugary drinks, maida and maida products, fruit juice in your diet
have 2-3 litter of water every day
workout for 45 min atleadt 5 days in a week

You should start doing yoga regularly it will help you in losing weight fast. Do yoga regularly for better results. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan it will happen losing weight fast
