#asktheexpert I am 4month post pregnancy and not will in my stitches pain is there so please tell me what to do

little bit pain is ok
you can apply coconut oil there which help to get recovery faster.
but if pain is unbearable ,if there is pus , redness , itching etc too then please visit your gynec
