#asktheexpert I am 4 months pregnant and having severe bloating issues.please help.

A. eat less of fats ok.Always keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culturewell its not possible to comment unless we see the patient in person. Hence better to show to a doctor there only
