#AskTheExpert I am 37 weeks pregnant. I find it very difficult to sleep. I try hard to sleep but no use.

A. hi mom u should avoid tea coffee in the evening .. do not watch TV or mobile before sleep .. take bath before sleep and read a book ... tc
