#asktheexpert I am 37 weeks pregnant, but I have no pain in my back and lower body, I am relaxed, my contractions are not started yet. what should I do ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 months agoA. It’s okay nothing to be done wait till 39 weeks of pregnant abd follow up with your gynaecologist as per your visits and stay calm abd rahe your supplements take care be safe

So why would they start in 37 weeks when you’re supposed to deliver at 39 weeks or plus then why are you going to have contractions two weeks before the estimated delivery date so please relax everything is going good with you whenever your time will start then you will have your labour
