Q.

#AskTheExpert I am 37.5 weeks pregnant and my babys growth, particularly the head circumference is showing just 35 weeks growth. My placenta also started Calcifying, doc suggested to have a C section in a week, but i wanted to make sure my baby growth is good to be delivered. or what should be the action taken after delivery.

A. After 37 completed weeks you can go ahead with a delivery and the baby will be fine. As far as the difference is not more than 3 weeks in growth lag it’s fine

A. Your actually 37.5 weeks pregnant you are ultra sound Sonagachi shows it for 35 weeks for the circumferences of the child that’s completely alright it’s not a problem if you get operated within a weeks time also because it is not going to be oh premature delivery it’s going to be quite on time so you can go for that
