#AskTheExpert i am 34 weeks pregnant, and as the d day is approaching i have began to feel very anxious and scared. this is my first pregnancy and it has'nt been easy. i have tried meditation to relax my mind, but nothing seems to take my mind off. sometimes i feel so scared that i start feeling short of breath.

A. You still have five weeks to go so it’s no hurry secondly having anxiety and being scared is very normal because having a child is not an easy job and also you are saying that your pregnancy hasn’t been easy for you so maybe that is Vayu more scared but if you have any fears and talk to your gynaecologist about it openly she will be able to help you selling them down and also if you require you can take counselling with enik expert in the area
