#AskTheExpert I am 31 years old having thyroid and pcos . trying to conceive from a year. married for 4 years. how can I convince. please reply.

A. following a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking meditation yoga and good nutritious and timely intake of food along with good water intake all this will help maintain your thyroid as well as PCOD and that help you out for conception

A. hello having PCOD or pcos and thyroid is associated with the reproductive systems can effect the fertility in most cases and better to treat it and also it would be better to check with your gynecologist and she will be able to help you with a proper treatment accordingly
