#AskTheExpert I am 10 weeks pregnant now and the foetus has stopped growing after 8weeks 2 days, and we haven't got the heartbeat yet. It is a sign of miscarriage?

A. yes it is definitely miscarriage so you should consult with your treating doctor with the reports and do the further management to be done to remove the products of conception take a gap of at least 6 months before conceiving for the next pregnancy and consult with your gynecologist before 2 months of conceiving to have all the investigations
