#asktheexpert I always feel depressed as in nothing good is happening and will never happen.Always feel lonely.

A. It. Sometimes happens when you are just probably mentally not sorted and frustrated and see I can see too much negativity with you which is why you feel that nothing is happening and nothing is ever going to happen you’ll have to have a lot of positive attitude towards your life and if you are too much into depression then you can always take help from a psychiatrist
