See Foundation of the old age is led from the young days itself if you go for proper exercising healthy diet and a healthy regime then you will be fit in your older age also so try to do something which you are always very happy with like brisk walk if you want to do it just make it a routine for yourself to brisk walk or yoga whatever is feasible to you
