ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 8 months old now to clean ears use cotton buds mostly after baby is asleep,to clean nose either use mucus sucker or just apply gentle pressure and squeeze nose during bath

Hello ma’am You can just use a soft wet cloth to clean these areas and just the outer side of the area don’t try to put it inside anywhere just outside of the area you can clean and still if you are unable to clean these areas on your own then you may consult your paediatrician for a better understanding
