A. apply napigard cream after every time the baby passes urine and motion and preferably avoid using a diaper and it will take 5 to 7 days for it to reduce completely. maintaining local proper hygiene is very important to prevent future rashes

A. Apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly on to that area and keep applying it every 2 to 3 hours for faster healing try not to use diapers too much because if you keep using diapers are not going to heal fast so use diapers only in the night time I think that should be the right way to go about
