#AskTheExpert how to take a food for feeding mothers...because am very hungry...so I ate overload...any tips to eat healthy chart foods

A. Hi Drink plenty of water Add lot of Dal's, Sprouts, vegetables, soups to your meals Eat Almonds, walnuts , roasted peanuts chana for snacks. these foods are heavy & will keep you full in between meals
