#asktheexpert how to stop babies from sucking their fingers? Do u advise medicines for the same if everything else fails?

A. Hello dear parent! Thumb sucking should and will gradually go away by itself. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your child. Check if there is any situation that is triggering to suck thumb. Avoid the triggers. Gently tell your baby that the action is affecting oral hygiene. Good luck and take care.
