POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. To make skin soft and supple, drink plenty of water and other fluids and include protein, vitamins and iron rich foods. Use only mild skin care products as per your requirement from brands like Mamaearth or Sebamed. Do not over use these products as it might cause adverse effect. Exercise regularly and take good sleep of 7-8 hours atleast in a day.
