A. it is due to teething. there is itching, pain, drooling of saliva, swelling in the gums, oral finger insertion, irritability and crying during the teething process. with the help of your fingers you can press the gums of the child to decrexase the pain as well as you can give a pacifier but it should be clean. you can give a cold cotton cloth to bite and press between the gums the child is crying due to pain then you can give paracetamol which will also help in decreasing the pain

A. please consult your doctor for this then only the correct diagnosis and treatment suggestion is possfible after clinical examination and knowing complete history. its very difficult to comment here .
