#asktheexpert how to relieve constipation for my 10 month old baby. I am daily giving banana. Adding vegetables in his meal. He is taking enough water as well. I am not understanding what is going wrong.

A. hold giving banana, it leads to constipation. give or add fiber rich fruits n veggies in his food. give some water afyer meals to soften stool. o k
