A. Thermophob tube you can apply on that area prior to that you should keep an ice cube or cold pack and then you apply this tube you can do this 4 to 5 times in the day along with that also I’m going to recommend you give paracetamol of the pain is much even if there is no fever you can use paracetamol as painkiller every six hours if needed
