A. Hello ma’am See it is important to go for any kind of workout that suits you to lose down your weight because it is recommended along with the diet. If you’re looking to do a diet than the best would be that you do not eat after the time of 6:30 PM you should just basically be done with your dinner by that time and after that you should just have water or if you’re hungry by the night just a glass of milk without any salt and sugar and any additional thing to it other than coffee or turmeric so that should help you because it will be kind of intermittent fasting for you
