Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which might be causing allergy to the skin of the child and regularly apply simple moisturizing lotion or cream which will help in keeping patches contained

it is caused by many reasons like allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, insect bites ,heat or sweating or infection.
so please dress your child in Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
apply thin layer of Cetaphil lotion or coconut oil on it
keep that area clean and dry
keep your child hydrated
maintain good hygiene
