You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercigse for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids ahend give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

restrict the sugar and sweet intake
avoid oily and spicy foods
