A. you will have to go for light exercise gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle. simple yoga Surya Namaskarr Pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. Take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement Drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be physically active as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
