A. Hai good evening !! As you have delivered recently have balanced diet with protein calcium ,fibre rich foods for well nutrition. As you are breast feeding ,or helps in controlling weight and belly fat,have lactating foods - milk, diary products, rusk bread toast, papaya, chikoo, garlic, garlic milk, poppy seeds, saunf water, mutton kheema for breast milk production. Avoid sugar processed, packed foods, carbohydrates which put on additional weight and fat. Do walking and need to ask gynaecologist suggestion on exercises.
