A. hello mom first of all u meed to go for medical u can go for Hemopateic medicine as well and make sure that your child should not consume too much of liquid specially during the evenings and before going to bed he should go on the to the washroom and give him 4 which is hot in nature like honey your dry fruits and put hot water bottle on his Lower Abdomen while sleeping
