You can help prevent your child by- -Clean your hands. -Avoid close contact to your child with people who have colds or other upper respiratory infections. - Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing in front of baby. - Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. - Don’t smoke and avoid agarbatti Or incense stick .

A. Most children who have repeated infections don’t have any serious problems and grow up to be healthy adults. Make sure your child gets plenty of sleep and eats a healthy diet. Sleep and proper nutrition may be just as important as medicine in helping your child fight off infections.
