A. flu vaccine also known as influenza vaccine is very important for decreasing the chances of viral infection by at least 60% in your childd. the first dosage is given at the end of 6 months and the second dosage at the end of 7 months and then every year till completion of 5 years of age. previously it was an optional vaccine but now it is considered as an important vaccine for children.

A. cough and cold is most of the time because of the floor infection to prevent against this you should give proper diet to the child also influenza vaccine should be given every year
