A. hi mom give good proteins and calories mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice curd rice milkshakes lassi sheera add nuts powder in milk

A. hi mom. give the child every kind of food which is prepared at home including more of protein milk products and dry fruit. give daily serving of protein such as egg meat this stage baby will be very active so it's always little difficult to gain weight. feed the baby with one teaspoon of ghee daily and also includes milk products such as cheese ghee butter curd buttermilk. give full cream milk for the baby. give vegetables which are sweet potato potato green peas and more of green leafy vegetables. give egg chicken and soup
