ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 10 months old now give a good meal like dal khichdi or suji ka halwa 2 hours before sleep time and give breast feeding for 20 mins before putting to bed put a fresh diaper and keep light and noise to minimum
