A. Dear mum, give homemade food to your baby. It should be a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give healthy fats from almonds. Add energy dense foods like ghee to baby’s food.
